Audible, Olly and Little Spoon are among the winners for the 2025 Greater Good Awards

This year’s Greater Good winners reflect a commitment to progress that extends beyond business goals. From advancing economic equity through resources and opportunities for marginalized communities to embedding sustainability at the heart of their strategies, the honorees are reshaping what corporate responsibility looks like.

The work of those recognized this year also demonstrates how global reach can drive meaningful local impact, with initiatives that strengthen communities while addressing broader challenges. Together, these winners highlight how organizations can create lasting change by aligning purpose with action.

For instance, Audible has redefined high school internships with its Future Leaders program, a paid, years-long initiative launched in Newark, New Jersey, in 2007 and that has been expanded to Los Angeles and Cambridge, Massachusetts.

The program, which earned Audible this year’s award for Education, gives local students over 700 hours of workplace immersion, pairing them with professionals across fields like engineering, law and marketing while earning school credit. Results show striking outcomes: every participant gains college acceptance, and nearly all graduate, far surpassing national averages. By combining academic partnerships with hands-on experience, Audible has created a model that strengthens career readiness and expands opportunities for underserved youth.

Olly became one of the first U.S. companies to introduce a comprehensive menopause policy, offering flexible schedules, hybrid work options, quiet wellness rooms and coverage for hormone therapy. The initiative secured Olly the Wellness award this year, and was shaped by employee feedback and championed by CEO Hanneke Willenborg to address a gap in workplace wellness where most employers provide no menopause support.

Backed by training and communication tools to normalize conversations, the policy has seen strong engagement through Carrot Fertility benefits and national recognition. Olly’s efforts set a new standard for workplace inclusivity while reflecting its broader mission to support women’s wellness across every stage of life.

Little Spoon confronted growing distrust in the baby food industry by becoming the first U.S. brand to publicly share test results for more than 500 toxins, including heavy metals and pesticides. Aligning with strict EU standards, the company created a transparent dashboard and committed to never selling products that failed to meet its thresholds, earning the Youth award this year.

The campaign sparked wider change as other brands followed suit, while also fueling significant business growth. By stepping in where regulation lagged, Little Spoon not only raised the bar for safety but also helped restore trust in a category long plagued by secrecy.

This year’s winners reflect how organizations are driving meaningful change by addressing critical gaps in opportunity, inclusivity and safety. Together, these initiatives highlight how companies can foster equity, prioritize well-being and build trust while making a lasting impact on communities.
