Many Eyes:  IBM’s tool allows you to import excel data and offers a great array of visualization choices.

Choosel: This is for techies, but offers a high degree of customization. It requires a server install.

 

Wordle:  This is a fun tool for illustrating word cloud data, but you’ll need a more comprehensive tool for professional presentations.
