CNN’s Courageous Studio leads the 2018 Digiday Video Awards with five nominations

CNN’s branded content unit Courageous Studio leads the 2018 Digiday Video Awards with five nominations: three in the Best Brand Video Destination or Channel category, one for Best Multiplatform Video Campaign and one for Best Video Publisher Partner for Brands. Launched in June 2015, Courageous Studio is rooted in CNN’s news practice, and its nonfiction, documentary approach has helped attract brand clients like Samsung, Modelo, Intel and eBay.

This year’s awards include a public vote for the Video Team of the Year category. The nominees are Bleacher Report, Condé Nast, BuzzFeed, Complex Networks and The Washington Post. Voting is open through Jan. 1, 2018.

The Digiday Video Awards Gala will occur on Jan. 30 at the Edison Ballroom in New York City. Tickets are available for purchase here. The full list of nominees appears below.
