Management is not for the faint of heart. No one knows that better than managers in the advertising industry.

That’s why Digiday wants you to nominate your favorite boss for the Top Boss Award. Top Boss is a way for organizations in advertising to recognize managers who deliver results, build a strong team dynamic and act as mentors to those who depend on them for daily guidance and learning.

Top Boss is cross-departmental: Account management, strategy, planning, design or media. As long as the individual is a manager, he or she is eligible. Nominees will be narrowed to a small group of finalists before a winner is ultimately chosen later this summer. The winner will also be eligible for complimentary pass to Digiday’s Agency Summit this October.

Digiday’s editorial team will serve as the judges. The early deadline to nominate your top boss is June 30. Learn more here.
