
The finalists have been decided for the Digiday Video Awards, which honor overall excellence and breakthrough achievement in video media, marketing and advertising. Three finalists were chosen in each of the 18 categories.
Evolve Media was nominated for an award in three categories, more than any other company in this year’s competition. In the Best Video Creative category, CraveOnline is up for an award for its work with Universal McCann for Sony Pictures Entertainment. For Best Video Destination-Branded, SheKnows has been nominated, alongside StarCom, for the work they did for SheKnows Mommalogues, Sponsored by Lego. Evolve’s GameRevolution has also been nominated for an award in the Best Original Video Scripted Show/Series for The Grind.
Funny Or Die snagged two of three finalist nominations for the Best Branded Entertainment Video category: one for its work with Under Armour and one for its collaboration with Warner Brothers Theatrical. The S3 Agency is up against Funny Or Die in this category for its work with Eight O’Clock Coffee.
The full list of finalists is available on the Digiday Video Awards site. The winners for these categories and others will be announced at the Digiday Video Awards gala in New York on Nov. 28.
