Digiday relaunches its Careers section with new features

Digiday has redesigned its Careers section to be more useful for job seekers and job posters.

Now, job seekers can upload their resumes to Digiday’s custom database, where employers can sort through them. They can update their resumes at any time, apply to positions across the jobs board with it and set job alerts for types of positions they are interested in. Current job posters include About.com, The Atlantic, Codeword, Crain Communications, Target, Time Inc. and U.S. News & World Report.

Companies that post on jobs can upload their own logos, which makes them more immediately recognizable by candidates. Companies can sponsored job post in the form of “Featured Job” to give urgent positions the visibility they need. For pricing information, contact Careers product manager Caleb Li.

Community is a key component of the Digiday brand, and the second Digiday Career Fair will take place May 19. More details on companies and speakers to come.
