Agencies have flocked to SXSW in force this year to hobnob with clients and align themselves with the newest startups and digital technologies. But according to AKQA mobile director Tina Unterlaender, a large part of the appeal is also the opportunity to observe and recruit talent, particularly in areas such as mobile.
