According to a new Klaviyo survey of more than 8,000 global consumers, 88% say inflation is currently impacting and/or will impact their spending habits. Nonetheless, 80% of survey respondents plan to spend the same or more this holiday season, focusing on price and quality.
In response, savvy brands are rewarding customers for their loyalty and leading with authenticity to maximize engagement and drive sales. Omnichannel shopping and personalization are also non-negotiable for discerning consumers.
