Digiday Summits: 10-Minute Meetings

Connectivity is at the core of every Digiday event. Summits are built to foster meaningful networking, find the right prospects and ultimately, close business. Our signature 10-Minute Meetings are designed to do just that.

What to know

Pass holders will be able to schedule meetings with VIP guests. The scheduler will open roughly a week prior to the start of the summit, with sponsors scheduling first, followed by Premium Connect Passes and Connect Passes. Double check your ticket to confirm your time and reach out to our team if you have questions about your scheduling time.

Scheduler details

You should receive an email 1-2 weeks out from the sender Digiday Connect prompting you to create a profile in our scheduling system. Through that email, please sign in, create a profile and make sure you are familiar with the site. In order to book your meetings, you will need to have your profile created.

When the scheduler opens, you can login through that platform. The email you registered for the event is the email we have imported into the portal.

Note: Your schedule will indicate 2 meetings in your account as the default and shortly before the scheduler opens this will be updated.

How 10-Minute Meetings work

Buy-side VIPs will have assigned seats organized by company name in order to help the sell-side (sponsors and pass-holders) locate them.

Every ten minutes, a buzzer goes off and the sell-side must move on to their next meeting, with one minute in between each meeting.

10-Minute Meeting tips

Check your meeting schedule regularly in the hours leading into each 10-Minute Meeting session, as things change frequently.

Plan to arrive a few minutes early so that you can scope out the table location of each meeting.

During the 10-Minute Meetings, visit the help desk with any questions or notify the Digiday team if a meeting was missed.
