Best Live Moment
Awarding a live video broadcast that made a measurable impact after being featured on Facebook Live, Periscope, YouTube, or any other social platform.
Best Social Video Campaign
Awarding a social media-based video campaign promoting a brand, product or service that has successfully increased long-term engagement.
Best Multi-Platform Video Campaign
Awarding an ad campaign integrated across two or more video-supported channels (online, social, email, etc.) that has successfully driven sales and/or increased audience engagement.
Best Advertiser in Video
Honoring the brand or advertiser that has displayed excellence through noteworthy marketing, advertising or brand-related video production this year.
Best Use of YouTube new
Awarding a YouTube strategy that has successfully met or exceeded viewership, engagement and/or revenue goals.
Best Snapchat Show new
Awarding a Snapchat Show that has successfully met or exceeded viewership, engagement and/or ad revenue goals.
Best Use of Instagram Stories new
Awarding an Instagram Stories strategy that has successfully met or exceeded viewership, engagement and/or campaign goals.
Best Facebook Watch Show new
Awarding a Facebook Watch Show that has successfully met or exceeded viewership, engagement and/or ad revenue goals.
Best Snapchat Discover Publisher new
Honoring a Snapchat Discover publisher that has best displayed excellence through noteworthy viewership and engagement successes this year.
Best Video Distribution & Programming Strategy new
Awarding a video distribution and programming strategy that has successfully reached its target audience on one or more major channels.
Best Publisher Pivot to TV new
Honoring the publisher that has made the most successful pivot from video to television.
*Must submit from a case-study perspective and demonstrate how X client utilized the platform to do Y.
Best Video Ad Tech Innovation
Awarding a new or improved technological innovation that is successful in delivering, measuring or supporting video content across campaigns. This technology can support online, social, email, out-of-home, TV or any other video platform.
Best Social Distribution Platform new
Awarding a social distribution platform that is successful in circulating video content and enhancing engagement across the digital media landscape.
Best Streaming/OTT Platform new
Awarding a streaming/OTT platform that is successfully delivering video content through engaging user experiences and amplified monetization tools.
Best Video Distribution Platform
Awarding a video syndication platform that is successfully delivering video across platforms.
Best Brand Video Destination or Channel
Awarding a brand video destination (i.e. a website, YouTube channel, Snapchat account, etc.) that is successfully entertaining and/or educating audiences.
Best Video Advertising Agency or Partner
Honoring the advertising, media or creative agency that has best displayed excellence through video content planning and execution across platforms this year.
Best Video Publisher Partner for Brands
Honoring the publisher that has best displayed excellence through native advertising campaign production and execution across platforms for brands this year.
TV Network of the Year new
Honoring the television network that has best displayed excellence through noteworthy programming, viewership and ad revenue gains this year.
Video Executive of the Year new
Honoring the senior video executive that has best displayed excellence through outstanding and inspired work in video initiatives at their company.
Digital Studio of the Year new
Honoring the digital studio or production company that has best displayed excellence through noteworthy production, monetization and distribution execution.
Most Valuable Streamer (MVS) new
Awarding a streaming/OTT channel that has successfully improved business and engagement for a media company.
How to Enter
Choose category or categories you'd like to enter.
Enter platform details and answer a few short questions.
Upload a case study showcasing your campaign.
Submit your entry fee payment online.
The judges will be looking for companies and platforms that can clearly demonstrate success over the past 12 months. We suggest providing evidence to substantiate your entries including, but not limited to, metrics around KPIs, creative assets, case study links to your work or other items you feel speak to the quality of your submission. Judges will also consider the structure, presentation and clarity of each entry.
Each section of the entry will be scored based on the following criteria:
- Innovative thinking
- Consumer value
- Results related to KPIs

The Judging Process
1. Judges score each question within the entry form based on the outlined criteria.
2. These are then combined to create an overall score for each entry.
3. All judges' scores are totaled and the highest scoring entries will determine the shortlist.
4. Judges meet to discuss the highest scoring entries and then agree on the category winner.
The shortlist will be announced on January 15, 2019. The winners will be announced at an awards gala held in New York City this upcoming March, 2019.
All material will remain confidential to the judges, who are required to sign a non-disclosure agreement. Winning case studies may be used in post-event materials to promote best practice and permission will be sought from entrants before publishing these. Judges are not allowed to judge any entries submitted on behalf of their company.
