With its new offices, The Washington Post is embracing the digital future while honoring its print legacy. Since Jeff Bezos bought the publication in 2013, the Post has gotten a digital injection. That is reflected in the setup of the new newsroom, which is built to encourage reporters, designers, engineers and video producers to work together. Overall, the new office “feels like a space that is well-suited for today and built for whatever the next platform is,” said Post deputy managing editor Tracy Grant.
